🔁 Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

🛠️ Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
🚫 Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

🔄 Exchanges
To exchange an item, complete the return first. Once accepted, you can make a new purchase for the desired product.
🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason. Items must be unworn, with tags, and in original packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase.
💵 Refunds
We’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
