🔁 Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

🛠️ Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
🚫 Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
- Custom/personalized products (items made or configured specifically to the customer's individual specifications, such as engraving, custom text, or unique made-to-order combinations not available as a standard catalog option)
- Personal care items (e.g. cosmetics)
- Hazardous materials (flammable liquids/gases)
- Sale items and gift cards

🔄 Exchanges
To exchange an item, complete the return first. Once accepted, you can make a new purchase for the desired product.
🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Directive (EU) 2023/2673.
You can exercise this right using the electronic "Withdraw contract" button available on our website (see footer), without the need to log in or contact us first.
Please note: this right does not apply to custom/personalized products and other items listed under "Non-returnable Items" above, in accordance with Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.
This EU right of withdrawal applies in addition to our standard 30-day return policy described above, whichever is more favourable to you.
💵 Refunds
We'll notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
