Welcome to DiceBell! The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to DiceBell. DiceBell operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). DiceBell is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, you should not use or access our Services.
SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own, purchase or manage.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all of your account activity.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. DiceBell reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until DiceBell confirms acceptance.
Please review your order carefully before submitting, as DiceBell may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted, except as set out in Section 3a (EU Right of Withdrawal) below.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.
SECTION 3a – EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL 🆕
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and Directive (EU) 2023/2673.
You may exercise this right via the electronic "Withdraw contract" function available on our website, which does not require you to log in or contact us first.
Custom/personalized products and other excluded categories are not eligible for withdrawal under this right — see our Refund Policy for full details and applicable exceptions (Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU).
This EU right of withdrawal operates alongside, and does not limit, our standard Refund Policy; the terms more favourable to the consumer shall apply.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed, set out in your order confirmation email.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Services, including trademarks, text, images and design, are owned by DiceBell, its affiliates or licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Use of the Services is permitted for personal, non-commercial use only.

Access to third-party tools is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. Use of such tools is at your own risk.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
DiceBell is powered by Shopify. Sales and purchases are made directly with DiceBell; Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of such sales.
SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY
All personal information collected through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, and certain information may also be subject to Shopify's Privacy Policy.
SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK
Any feedback you submit may be used by us on a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free basis for any purpose, including commercial use.
SECTION 12 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to update information or cancel orders at any time, including after submission.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DiceBell and Shopify from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
SECTION 19 – SEVERABILITY
If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted, and the remaining provisions remain in full force.
SECTION 20 – WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and DiceBell, superseding prior agreements or communications.
SECTION 21 – ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them without your consent.
SECTION 22 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the United States. This does not affect the mandatory statutory rights available to consumers under the laws of their country of residence, including the EU right of withdrawal described in Section 3a.

Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
SECTION 24 – CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE
We may update these Terms at any time by posting updates to our website. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
